This community is perfectly located at a 5 minutes drive of Bal Harbour ,10 minutes of Aventura and 20 minutes of South Beach. This adorable waterfront vacation home of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms covers 2,300 sq feet.

When entering the Miami Beach vacation rentals villa, guests will notice the luxury and high end of every single details. The living room is spacious and bright with its confortable sofas. This area is an open space that connects the living room to the dinning room and the open kitchen. The floor is covered with a luxurious beige marble. The open kitchen is airy with european cabinets and stainless steel appliances.

The master bedroom is very comfortable with hardwood floors and impact windows wich lets penetrate the light inside the room. The French doors give access to the garden and provides a beautiful view of the pool. The beige marble master bathroom features a large bath tub and a large shower.

The second and third bedrooms floors are covered with elegant wood .The first one comes with two twin size beds the other with a queen size bed. Both of them have windows facing the front garden. They share a marble bathroom located in the hallway that offfers a tub.

On the other side of this cozy vacation home you willl find the fourth bedroom also with wood floors and a queen size bed . The large marble bathroom includes a tub.
